The Elliott Farm is located on a 56-acre property on the east coast. We are a family of 8, with 4 dogs, 3 cats, 20 turkeys, 40 ducks, 10 Sebastopol geese, and hundreds of chickens.

We are building our farm from scratch, with most materials repurposed, reused, and recycled whenever possible. Our goal is to be a more sustainable and self-sufficient household. It will take a lot of work, sweat, and aching muscles, but we'll have fun doing it! After all, what's better than farm-to-table when the farm is just in your backyard?

The Story

The Bakery

The year 2021 marked the launch of The Bakery - a small business specializing in baked goods. Our baked treats are advertised through social media platforms and sold at local farmers’ markets and events. When it comes to selecting ingredients, we prioritize sustainability and responsibility. We use premium-quality ingredients that are carefully sourced, some of which are organic and fair trade. Moreover, we make an effort to obtain these ingredients locally whenever possible. We bake our products in small batches to ensure that they are of the highest quality. Additionally, we are proud to say that our products contain NO artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.

The Baker

Hello there!

My name is Sary and I'd love to give you a more detailed glimpse into my background. With over 27 years of experience in the food industry, I've honed my skills and developed a true passion for cooking and baking. Growing up in a family of talented cooks and bakers, I was inspired from a young age to pursue my culinary dreams. After studying culinary and pastry in the Philippines, I was fortunate enough to land an apprenticeship at a 5-star hotel, where I was able to immerse myself in the world of high-end cuisine.

From there, I made my way to the Bay Area in California, where I gained invaluable experience working in a variety of settings. I've had the pleasure of working in the kitchens of large corporate tech and social media companies, retail and cafe bakeries, and even as a culinary and baking instructor.

My passion for teaching led me to become a Resident Chef in Omaha, Nebraska, where I shared my knowledge and skills with aspiring cooks and bakers.

Now, I'm living in Upstate New York, enjoying the beauty of the countryside with my wonderful family and some furry and feathery friends. I'm grateful for the experiences and opportunities that have led me to where I am today, and I'm excited to continue pursuing my passion for baking and share them all with you.
